i made pot stickers with butter instead of oil… best decision of my life… by far… oh! it’s 11:11… …ok… i wished… : ) i am aware i am a loser who still wishes at 11:11. old habits die hard. anyways…
the buttery vegetable pot stickers were like a chinese party in my mouth. then i made whole grain spiral pasta… and instead of draining the water from the pot i just kinda dumped the water out into the sink and there was some left on the bottom and i pour the noodles out and now i can taste the water at the bottom of the bowl… disappointment.
i wish i had more pot stickers..
i need to run to Trader Joe’s for some more… that place is so god awful expensive tho… i have to like dig up some buried treasure to actually buy a decent amount of food there… then again they don’t take gold doubloons anymore since the value of gold is down… i’ll figure it out tho..
